Sometimes "cocktail books" aren't books at all. Recently, someone sent me a link to this Kickstarter campaign for Lily Szajnberg’s proposed Cocktail Computer – an analog gizmo that selects cocktail recipes for you based upon which ingredients are in your home bar.
